Located in a great location for easy access to the metro and pedestrian area for shopping and eating close by. Room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was home cooked with daily menu choices. They even had complementary umbrellas available for those rainy days.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Service is good even though the first night I was lectured of why I'm asking for more water. The rooms were clean. The hotel provides breakfast.

We brought along our three-year-old son and had a marvelous time! The shuttle from the airport made us feel like rock stars and the location is surrounded by good food and shopping! Thanks so much! We will be back!

Wonderful breakfast that changes daily Very convenient location in the heart of XiMenDing but tucked away in a side street and so the stay was very quiet. Staff super helpful, we were able to store luggage for free 1 day prior to check in and for 1 day afterwards, though I feel like they would have happily stored luggage for longer. Would stay again.

Very nice stay
The place was clean and quiet. One of my daughter dropped her earring and the cleaner managed to find it and left it at the toilet for her. So honest and thoughtful. The receptionists at the desk were all very helpful and went all out to help us purchased some local online gifts. Walkable distance to Ximen stations and very near to shopping areas. A wonderful place to stay, I will come again.

We spent a good 4 nights stay here. Hotel room is good in overall condition. Breakfast is fresh & delicious. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended for those who visit Taipei for the 1st time.

It was on a very quiet street between a couple busy roads, but the traffic noise wasn't noticed at all. All the "things" worked and there was a very good instruction book available to help. The breakfast was prepared promptly and it was delicious! I used the laundry machines a couple times and they were always clean and well maintained. The luggage scale in the lobby was a nice touch! The staff were wonderful! They explained everything and were always available to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Small hotel but in good location. The room was clean; however, it did have the cigarette smell! I talked to the staff and they came up and said it’s the smell from smoking cigarettes! Not sure why they denied it but we were not happy about it. Luckily, we only stayed for one night. Will not stay there again.

位置就近, 離西門町捷運站只要5分鐘路程, 早餐每天兩個, 都很好吃, 房間很舒適, 廁所浴室是分開兩邊的, 不會因為洗完澡而整個廁所都濕濕的

Great hotel at the good location
The hotel is absolutely great. Room is in good condition and very clean. The hotel is located at the heart of shopping area and in walking distance to subway station. My family and I had a pleasant time there.

Good bath tub and nice breakfast
In general, a very value for money stay. It has all the essential things travellors need such as washing machine, WiFi and computer. Location is great too. We like their bath tub. The only thing that may need improvement is the toilet wall tiles. Some part are a bit yellowish. May want to scrub to give even better customer experience. The breakfast was also refreshing. Everyday was different for the 5 days we were there. And you still can order those favourite items more. Basically it is ala-carte buffet.

Nice and clean hotel. Convenient to xi men ding night market. There is also a lot of food around the hotel. The only thing is just there is no towel been provided therefore you need to prepare your own towel. There will be a charge for towel if you request from the reception but it is not too expensive. Acceptable and if you stay for few nights is worth. But maybe can mention at the description before the travelers make the booking.

Not my first stay at this hotel. love this hotel for it's cleanliness. However, the shower sometimes warm and sometimes cold, need to keep adjusting. All Staffs are friendly except the one "K" working in the kitchen, always pulling a long face feels like not happy to see guests having breakfast at the hotel. Overall, I still love this hotel.

The staff was professional and helpful. Assisted us with taking the train where ever we needed to go. Room was comfortable and bed was a little too soft for my liking.

Excellent choice, and value for money
Clean, very good service and kind staff. Everything you need for a family trip is all prepared here. It's a minute away from the main shopping streets of Ximen. And the location is very close to Ximen metro (only 5 minutes walk). Lots of restaurants and shop around. The bed is very comfortable. Exceed my expectation. Definitely, recommend this hotel.

Staffs are very helpful. It’s located at a small lane but convenient to xmd area n mrt. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. 24 hrs coffee n biscuits at the basement lounge area.

Clean, neat budget hotel in Ximending
The room is new and clean. I like the smell of the shampoo and shower gel. The tv comes with free movies! The washing machine and dryer are very handy so i dont have to bring too many clothes along. The breakfast is good, both the chinese and western selections.

the best hotel experience ever!
staying at energy inn was truly memorable and amazing. our room was cute, spacious and very clean.the breakfast was delicious. the complimentary coffee,tea,water and snacks were quite a treat! the location's perfect! it's right in the heart of ximending shopping district, the liveliest part of taipei.there were a lot of restaurants and food stalls around the hotel.the mrt is just a stone's throw away.the best part of our wonderful stay is the excellent hotel service.everyone was super nice and sweet.the hotel staff greeted us each day with a smile.they went out of their way to help us with our concerns.they have the best kitchen staff as well.they cooked and served our food with so much care and sincerity.their warm smiles says it all:) we will always stay at energy inn whenever we go to taipei.i don't think any hotel will top this place for me.it surely deserves a 5 star rating!:)

Very good location in Xeimenting many restuarant in same street. Chinese food beside hotel, very good taste (can't read only Chinese name of this restuarant). Hotel is behind Nike running shop. Staff friendly. Room is good size and very clean.

Pleasant Stay @ Energy Inn

Great Staff
Energy Inn helps us a lot during our stay in Taipei! As my son got high fever and need some rest after medicine. They offered another room for us for this special case after we checked-out the hotel.

Loving the staff members whom are extremely pleasant and helpful! They greet us without fail whenever we enter the building! The location is also super awesome, located near cheng pin and also alot of good food nearby!

This place is a gem. We stayed for 3 nights. Very affordable, especially it is in a district where tourists who most likely go for shopping. Very accessible from train station.
