整體住宿滿意，淨潔，免費早餐不錯，也有洗衣房，接待人員也很和善，且附近有不少美食與咖啡廳是一大加分。雖然設施較老舊，但這樣等價位也是合理。

機械停車場有高度限制，位置也有限，如果無法停它們自有的停車場，要要到付費公有的停車場去停車，雖然距離不遠，但貼補金額不多，超出的還是得自己付錢! 房間有點小問題，櫃台很快速立即的解決跟換房，服務態度非常好。

飯店櫃檯人員很親切友善👍 但是協助地下室停車的阿伯看起來不太想理人，沒耐心，態度非常冷淡，給旅客觀感不好，望能改進。 另，房間菸味異常的濃，不知道是否為上一個房客所留，還是是其他房間有人在抽菸，空調統一運轉問題？ 還有早餐蠻令人失望，稀飯配菜都是普通平凡的罐頭菜，輕易就能取得了，飲品區有標示果汁、咖啡請勿帶回房，但是卻只見到咖啡，果汁完全不見，咖啡是美式，旁邊卻完全沒有提供奶球和糖包供客人酌加，不是很細心，這一點小錢也省，今天應該是要讓客人覺得服務周到滿意下次才會再訪才是吧？ 早餐整體而言，覺得不優，建議直接向外面早餐店訂早餐（如：吐司 紅茶）可能還比較好！

CP值高雖是舊飯店但有更新物件

基本上住宿滿意度佳,服務或打掃人員有禮貌 只是雖然有禁菸但仍有些菸餘味(之前房客有抽菸), 後來在一片可推開之窗戶的窗框上發現留有許多菸蒂餘燼, 可能許久未清了, 希望後續有所改善

交通很方便，不管是公車還是捷運(環狀線中和站)都很近；浴室空間很大，不只有淋浴還有浴缸可以泡澡(有止滑墊但是沒有看到腳踏墊) 房間空間也很寬敞，不會因為放了行李之後就擋住動線，只是冷氣有點不太涼(進房時開了20度)，睡前蓋上棉被之後還是有一點熱(無法蓋住腳) 早上離開前煮水時發現水煮到乾掉，不知道是不是因為蓋子蓋不下去的關係，提醒入住時有問題都要跟櫃台詢問，才不會遇到自己疑惑的問題^^
