Very clean and spacious room. 2 Queen beds was like 2 King beds which was an amazing addition. Bed was a bit hard for me but the rest of my crew liked them. Loved the warm toilet seat. Staff was very friendly and was able to check in early for a small fee…well worth it after a long flight. Great location. Easy uber ride to many wonderful attractions. Highly recommend

Check in was good we asked for our room early and we got access to it approx 1 hour early. You get coupons for the restaurant to use for breakfast, however the restaurant was okay. It had a lot of outages of food and had very minimal selection. Now the restaurant is a seperate company and service was poor in that area compared to the hotel. Our room had 4 beds which worked well for our family as we had 2 kids. However there are no dressers to put your clothes in. Everyday they restocked the room with 4 water bottles which was nice. There is a tea kettle and tea bags and some instant coffee provided in the room as well. It is a stand in shower with waterfall head and also has a smaller one lower to ground for younger kids or so you can detach to wash. There is a hair dryer, shower gel, and shampoo provided. There is a small fridge in the room and a small safe good for passports and money but not good for large electronics like a laptop. On floor 2 is laundry it is 70 NT to wash clothes and 80NT to dry them. You will also need to purchase laundry soap which is 20NT at front desk. Overall a good experience. But we did prefer to eat breakfast at MWD which is a 30 second walk away

Really good experience! Good location right across the street to DMV. Lots of buses' stops nearby. MRT is a bit far but still walkable and we used youbike that made it much easier. Breakfast was nice and fresh! Room we got on 3rd was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and sure will be back when needed.

Great stay!

Very good value. We got a room with 4 beds and had a very comfortable stay. It was far from the metro but very close to numerous bus routes including the bus to Juifen. We asked that they don't come make up our room daily and the hotel was generous with leaving new towels, water, and coffee/tea supplies daily at our door.

Location of hotel was a bit further than we'd like, but walkable to MRT stations. Staff was great. Several decent dining/food options nearby. Very spacious interior with good view. I rarely ever heard neighbors making noise, and the beds were really comfortable. I enjoyed the somewhat hidden doorframe that could section the entrance from the main living area too! It blocked the entrance light if I wanted to get ready early without waking my roommates The staff was really nice too. Overall one of the better hotels I've been to, and it was also quite affordable when I paid for it. Only thing was that I thought breakfast was included, but it was not. Would love there again!

The good and bad

We stayed here for 2 nights with family (3 people total). Positives: 1. The location is convenient for getting around thr city. 2. The staff is friendly. 3. The room is dpacious and everyone had a bed The negatives: 1. The room and bathroom had a terrible smell. It smelled like urine. We arrived latr around 1:30 a.m. and hoise keeping was not available. The smell was so strong we had to clean the bathroom before sleeping. 2. The room overall could use cleaning. The paint on the walls was not complete. 3. The breakfast has a lot of room for improvement. I feel 3 stars is generous but given the staff did show hospitality and do the best they could to be accomdating I gave 3 stars as a benefit of the doubt.
