The location is fantastic with friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the lobby on the 11th floor offered a lovely view along with complimentary water, coffee, and tea. After checking out, my parents were able to rest in the lobby for two hours, which was a great convenience. Highly recommend for its welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

The check-in process was easy and the room was clean. The hallway smelled old but the room was in excellent condition. The hotel was located close to major MRT stops and takes less than 15 min of walking. I would love to stay here again.

Location is very good. Close to Taipei main station with lots of shops. Downside is you have to inform the staff to clean the room as this is not routinely done, including garbage disposal.

Near Main Station

Fantastic location and 24 hour desk. Able to speak multiple languages. Renovated room with a comfortable bed and good wifi. 24 hour coffee and water available with a fridge in the room. Enjoyed our stay.

The location and the professionalism of the staff are the keys of the higher scorebfor this property. It takes only few minutes walk from the underground mall Z6 exit. The reception and housekeeping staff are friendly, informative, patient, and courtesy. The only draw back is the room is small and dated. It's dued to be updated to increase the value to mirror the good location.

Pluses for Hotel Relax One: 1. Convenient to Taipei Main Station MRT Exit M5/Z4. 2. Great water pressure. 3. Great towels--fluffy, clean, new. 4. Japanese style toilet, new and clean-looking with bidet, etc. 5. Breakfast stalls - just go out of the hotel, turn left, go just a few meters down the street. 6. On the 10th and 11th floors of a high rise. First two floors are McDonalds and a sushi restaurant called Sushiro, so additional food options there without even leaving the building. 7. Didn't notice any noise through the walls from neighbours. Cons: 1. Room / corridor / lobby areas smell--although we quickly got used to it and it didn't bother us past the first day. 2. Corridor / lobby areas have a grimy / dim look with stained furniture, etc. (There's a tea and coffee area that feels more bright and clean.) 3. While the room overall felt clean, the shower and toilet area had a lot of built up grime / mold / algae along the edges. 4. Elevator can be a bit slow and busy because the building is shared with two other hotels, a medical clinic, and some other businesses.

Nice Service. Tea, Coffee provided at the lounge. People are kind :) But Room is humid, cold (No heater) / It was rainy during our stay. Welcome drink is served at Relax 2 (near, but remote site, and limited time slot), so I did not go there to drink the beer. Location is very good. Near the Main Station.
