Excellent stay. It’s comfortable, convenient and had great service. I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Place New Taipei. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms that is very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the room felt quiet and relaxing after a long day out. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall, making it a great base for exploring New Taipei and Taipei city. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and any questions I had were handled efficiently. Overall, Hyatt Place New Taipei offers great value, comfort, and reliability. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.

Great choice for a week

Had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service overall. Near shopping malls, and easy access to taxi or Uber for a trip to other parts of the city. Really helpful staff for booking or reservation at different restaurants and transport. The hotel also gives access to a swimming pool and a fitness room. Would love to visit the hotel again.

Clean, modern, excellent staff, all spoke English. The only drawback is that New Taipei City is a fair distance from the main train station and Taoyuan Airport, so one must use either the MRT or taxis for most tours. But definitely a good hotel in all other respects.
