The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with spacious rooms that is very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the room felt quiet and relaxing after a long day out. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall, making it a great base for exploring New Taipei and Taipei city. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and any questions I had were handled efficiently. Great choice for a week

Had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service overall. Near shopping malls, and easy access to taxi or Uber for a trip to other parts of the city. Really helpful staff for booking or reservation at different restaurants and transport. The hotel also gives access to a swimming pool and a fitness room. Would love to visit the hotel again.
