立地条件はいいが、部屋が狭いと汚いのが非常に不満、長期滞在なのに、シーツの交換やごみの処理もしてくれない。 部屋にコンセントがなく、延長コードの使用となることも長期滞在に向いていない。

台北地下街からも近く便利。周辺には朝早くから夜遅くまで空いている店が多数ある。コンビニも近くにセブンイレブンがある。寧夏夜市まで歩いて10分ほど。部屋は広い。清掃も行き届いている。スタッフは親切。

駅から近く終日部屋に滞在しないのであれば良いと思う。 不満な点はAM6:00～7:00はとても騒音が酷く、ベッドはとても固いことが不満であった。 気になる点としては部屋の床に埃や髪の毛が残っていた事、エアコンに埃とカビが見えていた事が気になった。

The building is old but the room I used was nice with many windows. All the furnitures were new. The bed was very big and comfortable for only one person. Wall was nicely decorated and big TV, big fridge. If you give your room key they do a cleaning every day. They gave me 2 waters, 2 towels , big and small everyday . I stayed 3 nights and 2 nights very quiet, 1 night noisy in the midnight and early in the morning. It depends on your neighbors. Walls very thin. Washing machine is free to use, dry machine need to pay. There is hot water free near the machines. 部屋のリニューアル中のようです。私の部屋は可愛い壁紙に大きなベッド、大きなテレビ、大きな冷蔵庫で、1人利用で金額も安かったので素敵過ぎて驚きました。家具家電は全て新しくなっており、水回りも新品のようです。カビも無く、床もキレイでした。台北駅のそばにこんな安くて可愛らしいホテルがあると思いませんでした。 注意点は、台湾流なので、欲しいサービスは自分から聞く姿勢が必要です。連泊の部屋清掃は、フロントに鍵を渡すとやってくれます。湯沸かし器は無いですが、無料の洗濯機の横にお湯が出るのでそれを飲むようです。私の部屋はwi-fiが繋がりませんでした。チェックインの際、もし部屋が気に入らなければすぐに交換しますと言ってくれました。wi-fi必須の方はその時に言うと良いかも。　フロントの女性は皆優しくて親身になってくれ、次のホテルへ電話で問い合わせなど色々やってくれました。 清掃時に水、タオル大小、スリッパを2組ずつくれ、1人利用だったのですが有り難く思いました。 平日は夜も静かでしたが、週末は夜中と朝方に大声で廊下でドア越しに話す客などいました。（中国語）耳栓持参しましたが、かなり響いてました。 椅子は1つでした。2人旅の方は金額が許せば2部屋取った方が快適だと思います。トイレシャワーが一体で、日本人には同室が厳しいかも。
