Spacious room for family with young childs

Everything about the room was very nice and comfortable except for the aircond that took very long to cool.

Sufficient parking

Overall 2 out of 5. Why because room comfort specially bed too old, towel a bit smelly and expedia also need to be blamed when the booking confirmation almost ruined my trip as my date of booking confirmation not the same with the hotel. Need to be more clear about facility such as wifi only at lobby but luckily my second phone got coverage.

Nice and easy to reach,not far from town.

No electric kettle,no mini bar. Room is so big for a family and very clean, Easy to park car.

It is a decent and reasonably clean budget hotel. There is a spacious and comfortable lobby/lounge area and there is always someone stationed at the reception counter. Sheets are clean, towels are provided and there is shower gel in a dispenser in the bathroom. Overall, not bad for the price and location.

Disappointment

Rented two family room. first room the bathroom light spoiled Second room with oily flooring and air condition need very long time to cool the room. When I complain on the air-cond, the staff did not give any respond and continue eating at the lobby. The second time I complaint only they respond saying that they will come over once they finish eating.

Don't stay here.

There is a fly in the toilet. The room we stay was at the ground floor and there doesn't have any cover/curtain over the window in toilet which make us feel insecure and we have to cover it ourselves wih the bath tower. The staff is not friendly and the facility are old.
