"Great apartment just a bit of a walk from Ueno Station. The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile with a a bit of a fuss and little gift for my daughters birthday. Onsite carparking for dropoff and pickup - not sure for longterm though. Good area - quiet inside. Would stay there again."

"We recently stayed at Nagoya Tokyu Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Although the hotel shows signs of its age and former grandeur, it still retains a sense of classic elegance that adds charm to the stay. What truly made our visit special was the outstanding service. The staff were attentive, courteous, and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs despite the language barrier. Every request was handled with care and professionalism. A special mention goes to Miss Tomoko Hasebe from the concierge team, who provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay. Her dedication and thoughtful support made a real difference and left a lasting impression. Our room was clean and comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail. We also enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast at the restaurant on the second floor during our stay. Overall, Nagoya Tokyu Hotel may be a little older, but it delivers traditional hospitality at its finest. We would gladly stay again. "

"Slightly seedy neighbourhood due to night-time entertainment in the area, but this hotel does its best to provide a safe haven for travellers to this part of Nagoya. Amazing value, considering the location, especially when you opt in for the buffet breakfast."

"It was a very reasonable start on Sunday. It is a bit far from the central of Sakae but acceptable. The space is enough for a single business person. The room is clean. It has a small hot spring. It is comfortable."
