已事先訂房，且一大早就去寄放行李，晚上十點回來，才被告知沒房間，已幫忙轉別的民宿，代表管理很有問題，超收訪客也沒事先告知，感覺非常差。

環境味道品質太差

民宿房東住樓下，房東人是不錯，房東太太態度就比較……沒耐性的說話口氣。 屋主有養大型狗，本人挺喜歡狗兒的，但牠應該很久沒洗澡了吧！？整棟都是刺鼻的味道，空氣品質讓我們只能一直緊關房門開冷氣。 我們這次住3樓的302，是和室房，沒想到門也是和室門，只是有在2旁及中間簡單加裝小鎖而已，旁邊是4人房，感覺挺怪的，浴室在樓梯另一邊，且洗手台設立在陽臺，面向內背對外，後面整個空蕩蕩，晚上漆黑一片挺可怕的，浴室很窄，是用塑膠門簾隔開馬桶和淋浴設備，窗戶的塑膠窗簾濕氣重有發霉，一點一點黑黑的，洗澡不舒服，蓮蓬頭無法掛在適合的位置洗，水溫一直乎冷乎熱沒恆溫，蓮蓬頭的水打到塑膠門簾發出沙沙的聲音挺吵的，也沒有地方可放置洗澡用品挺麻煩。 房間內沒冰箱沒飲水機，很不方便，冷氣機超級吵，雖有免費提供礦泉水但在1樓，要自己一罐一罐拿上來，有書桌且放置桌上型電腦，不過書桌旁一堆的線很可怕，很多電線延長線網路線等等不知道什麼線，挺嚇人的！結論是，我不會再入住嚕，因味道實在太刺鼻了。

主人很親切。房間乾淨而寬敞，且入住到離開都有接駁，真的非常方便。推薦給需要在火車站附近過夜的旅客。房間冷氣很強，還有附設桌上型電腦及網路。備品也很齊全，實在是物超所值的民宿！

靠近火車站的實惠民宿

在hotels.com網站上訂了雙人房，出乎意料的非常舒適，比照片上看起來的還要好，我們的房間是402，房間大小適中，而且還有桌上型電腦可以使用，這點非常方便，可即時搜尋台東的景點美食，感覺就像自己家一樣，我們房間的衛浴是在房間外側，但是並不會造成困擾，洗澡的時候還可以觀賞外面的稻田風光，非常特別又有趣，離火車站騎機車五分鐘，市區十分鐘，地點優越，總之滿推薦的

主人夫婦是優雅的藝術愛好者，房間很大且整齊乾淨，全家人住進去綽綽有餘，環境舒適停車便利，雖然有單行道的小小不便但無損於休假的心情，地點良好在省11旁邊，到台東市任何一個點都很方便。整體來說CP值很高！！

매우 만족 ㅎㅎ

객실이 넓고 영어가 통해서 이용하기 매우 좋았음. 멀지않은 곳에 시내와 관광지가 많았고 픽업서비스 덕분에 대중교통없이도 시내를 모두 구경할수 있었음. 더블룸은 화장실이 객실안에 없어 불편하였지만 그외에는 매우 만족함

兩人房的是和室，只要講話都聽的到！且浴室在外面的陽台！窗戶的地方，只用窗簾隔著，還會看到有隙縫，實際上是沒有窗戶的！天氣冷時，晚上在那洗澡會冷死！
