"The staff are nice and helpful. Complimentary snacks are provided 24 hr, and complimentary instant noodles are offered after 10 pm. The complimentary laundry facilities are clean. The breakfast selection is limited but good for a quick breakfast. Bus stop, Family Mart, and Starbucks are 1 min walk. I chose to add a third bed but it turned out to be a sofa bed, which a bit firm and not comfortable. Adding a layer of comforter might help."

"Great facility and service. Just a little hard to get it if you are carrying luggage and on foot. They offer shuttle to pick from metro transport station of Xinbeitou. The breakfast is amazing, the hotel offered various food including Taiwanese, American and other styles of breakfast."

"The pool was beautiful. The National Park was easy access via local busses and shuttle busses. The park is absolutely stunning. The room was clean. The reception did not explain how to access the hot springs well. I had to ask other guests and/or the lifeguard. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was good although the coffee machine was broken. "
