街中にあるので、便利でした。 近くに飲食店も多いので、困ることはないと思います。 室内はキレイに清掃されていました。 駅に近いので、騒音はありますが夜中は運行していないので静かでした。

チェックイン10分前に電話が欲しいとあり、連絡しましたが、誰がいつどこに泊まるか把握されておらずちょっと待ってと言い電話がかなり長くなった

チェックイン10分前に電話が欲しいとあり、連絡しましたが、誰がいつどこに泊まるか把握されておらずちょっと待ってと言い電話がかなり長くなった。ちょっと待って誰々さん？どこ？いつ？などなど。そんなに聞くならそちらから電話かけるべき。なぜ、こちらから電話をかけなきゃならないのかなぞでした。2人で泊まる予定でしたが、タオルや歯ブラシが1人分しかなく、後から持ってくと言われました。入室して待っていたら、部屋に突然ヘルメットをかぶった中年の男性が無言でぬっと入ってきてすごく驚きました。一言も声かけやノックすらなく、気持ちが悪かったです。電話は女性だったのでなおさら誰だかわからずこわかったです。電話も来た方も中国人っぽい方でしたが、もう少し何とかしてほしいです。
