9.6/10 Exceptional! (878 reviews)
The property is in a great location- walking distance to the Senso-ji Temple complex, shops, food, conbinis, Sumida River and the Tokyo Skytree. Our room was snug but comfortable for a family of four. Good mattresses and pillows and good amenities. We would 100% stay here again.

We really thought this was excellent. The location in Asakusa was great, the apartment was spacious (even with two teenage boys and all their mess!), and the sauna an added bonus which we used a couple of times in the morning when woke up early from jet lag! Had everything we needed and helped make our first few nights in Tokyo really easy and memorable.

Excellent location. Quiet part of Tokyo near major Shinagawa train station. There is a big building being built next to it so there is construction noise at this time.

9/10 Wonderful! (152 reviews)
"Great location, very new and clean. The only thing that seemed wrong was the staff were predominantly male foreigners who were overly aggressive and domineering over their Japanese workers. The gracious welcome, smiling, and accommodating Japanese check-in was definitely missing. Get rid of the domineering ..."
