Basic and great host

Room was basic which was perfect for me. Everything worked (AC hot water etc). There is no shelf in bathroom but you can bring a stool in. Pool was pellucid. Neighborhood is quiet place does not look like much from front but better in back and is a bit hard to first find. Plenty of places to eat within 15 min walk The hostess was the best. She was friendly and helpful.Speak English well. I would stay again Room smelled a little musty when first opened.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage im Zentrum von Kh

Das Summer House ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Inhaberin kümmert sich zusammen mit ihrem Team sehr liebevoll um die Gäste, erfüllt alle Wünsche. Es wird ein Wäscheservice und u.a. auch ein Rollerverleih angeboten. Unser Roller war nahezu neu (600 KM) und war innerhalb weniger Minuten verfügbar. Das Frühstück kann man optional buchen, es wird eine Reihe von Varianten angeboten, die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und es schmeckt alles lecker. Wir waren ab den ersten Tag begeistert und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Fußläufig findet man auch alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mukava henkilökunta. Huoneet oli siistejä ja siivous oli erinomainen. Majoitus liikkeen pitäjät olivat todella ystävällisiä ja jos tarvitsi niin he hoitivat asiat. Bungalowi oli vähän liian kuuma. Majoitus paikat oli lähekkäin niin syntyi sellainen ahtaan paikan tila.

Nedgången resort

Kolossalt misskött resort. Poolen blev inte rengjord på dom tio dagar vi var där. Vattnet helt brunt. Trädgården kunde varit fin med grenar höggs av och fick ligga kvar och ruttna på marken. Gångarna till dom små husen var långt ifrån plana och dåligt upplysta kvällstid vilket ställde till problem. Vi hade köpt till frukost men personalen kunde inte engelska så man fick oftast inte det man beställt. Återvänder inte dit.

Fantastisk service av ägarna. Gångavstånd till bad o restauranger vid havet. Hyr en av deras nya fina scotrar och upplev hela Khao Lak. Stort rum - suverän satellit HD TV. Ny pool och stor kyl med rejält frysfack gör att jag kommer definitivt kommer boka detta boende igen.

Bekvämt 300m till fin strand

Bekväm o rymlig bungalow nära bästa stranden med solstolar o klart vatten. Intill boendet finns en liten affär o två enkla små restauranger med god o billig mat. Värdparet på SH är underbara men deras hundar stinker!

Zweckmäßig, aber nicht mehr

Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein winziges Zimmer mit Doppelbett und einem kleinen Regal angeboten, gerade genug Platz um um das Bett herumzulaufen, dieses haben wir abgelehnt.Das nächste angebotene Zimmer war über dem Carport mit Wellblechdach (Hitze), Holzbretter an die Wand und auf dem Fußboden genagelt, Plastikfolie stellenweise auf dem Boden ausgelegt, ohne Schrank/Regal, wir hätten also unsere Sachen auf den Fußboden legen müssen. Auch diese haben wir als unwürdig abgelehnt. Gegen Aufpreis haben wir dann ein recht schönes Zimmer bekommen mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, allerdings war auch diese Zimmer nur mit einem winzigen Schrank ausgestattet. Das Bad war zweckmäßig, das Waschbecken wackelte auf dem Sockel. Das Foto, das Expedia von Summerhouse Resort zeigt, entspricht auch nicht der Tatsache! Zumindest sah zu unserer Zeit Dezember 2017 der Außenbereich nicht so aus!

¨Proche du bord de mer

Staff plutôt très accueillant, situé pas très loin du bord de mer (mais l'accès à la plage public demande de marcher u peu plus) mais pas vraiment dans me village, Chambre propre et grande (le premier prix dans mon cas). Grand calme. Et piscine visiblement sympa -mais je préfère la mer et la plage).

Great location and very quiet

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here at Summer House in Bang Niang. We originally turned up at Summer House 2 (thanks Google Maps!) but were taken to Summer House 1 by the owners. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and location of this hotel. We stayed in a cottage that had everything we needed. It is much quieter than Summer House 2 and we mostly had the pool to ourselves. The staff were very helpful and arranged taxi transfers for us. We hired 2 scooters for 200THB per day per scooter and took them up to the Ton Chung Fa waterfall approximately 8km away. There is a 1km walk from the car park to the waterfall where you can swim and take a very welcome break from the intense heat. Watch out - the fish nibble your toes!

Günstig aber viel mehr auch nicht.

Hatte ein superior Zimmer gebucht. Es war jedoch keines mehr frei und habe die erste Nacht in einem Standard Zimmer verbracht. Es ist günstig und funktionabel. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Für den kleineren Geldbeutel knapp ok.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Die für den Zimmertyp Cottage angegebenen 20 qm sind inklusive Bad und Terrasse. Das eigentliche Zimmer hat maximal 9 qm. Durch das große Doppelbett ist kein Platz für einen Kleiderschrank. Einen Safe für Wertsachen gibt es auch nicht.. Man hat uns ein Upgrade auf ein Standard-Zimmer gegen Aufpreis angeboten, dem wir zugestimmt haben. Diese Zimmer sind sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Unterkunft

Das summer house resort 1 ist für alle die geeignet die auch mit wenig Komfort auskommen. Die Leute dort sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist recht eintönig aber in der Nähe kann man auch gut und günstig frühstücken gehen. Es wird jede Tag sauber gemacht. Auf Wunsch wird auch Wäsche gewaschen. Nachts ist es laut und die Betten sind unbequem das hängt aber ganz vom Betrachter ab. Beim nächsten mal würde ich sicher etwas mehr ins Hotel investieren

Lovely resort with excellent rooms and service.

This is a lovely small resort with excellent facilities. It is right on a very quiet and beautiful beach. There's a small village centre about 2-3 miles away for the essential 7/11 stuff but there's also a nice local seafood restaurant about 200m along the beach, which was very good. An ideal place for a quiet relaxing vacation. If it had a pool it would be ideal (but also 4* and very expensive!!).

schöne Zimmer

Wir waren mit dem großen, sauberen Zimmer sehr zufrieden! Allerdings wurden wir auch upgegradet, weil unser Zimmer (ohne Kühlschrank) besetzt war. Die großen Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Balkon sind auf jeden Fall sehr schön und zu empfehlen.

J'avais le plus petit bungalow (C1) car j'étais seule. Mais ce dernier est vraiment vieux et défraîchi. La literie était malpropre, tachée. Et il faut descendre des escaliers pour aller à la salle de bain! La climatisation faisait un bruit d'enfer, causé par sa vibration sur le mur... Mais, j'aurais confiance aux autres chambres qui semblaient très bien pour le prix. En 5 minutes à pied, j'étais sur la plage et 5 minutes de l'autre côté, j'étais sur l'artère principale avec boutiques et restos. Personnel très gentil et serviable.
