This was a wonderful resort to stay at in the Callock, it is within walking distance to the little district with restaurants and night market and lots of massage places, we enjoyed our time there very much. I do want to praise Pear, one of the loveliest front desk receptionists I have ever come across in all my years of traveling. Her hospitality and warm smile were next level. Thank you, Pear! Breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Vela. It is a beautiful modern resort with good food and service. The surrounding streets are great with lots of dining and a huge night market 4 days a week.

The location of the La Vela Hotel is superb, the beach in front of the hotel is gorgeous. The pools are magnificient and the entire hotel, pool and beach area never felt crowded. The entire atmosphere is very relaxed and low key.

Best place to stay in Khao Lak!

Everything was just perfect: convenient location close to town, great amenities and direct access to the beach. Special mention to the staff, they were amazing! Breakfast was just amazing! (probably one of the best I had in hotels in terms of variety and taste!)

Staff were attentive, buffet breakfast was amazing. They could pay attention to cleaning up the beaches so there is no plastic and rubbish on them - this isnt acceptable in other countries and was quite a shock to see it.

We loved steering here in grand pool Access room. Quiet and not too many kids on our anniversary stay. Beds were so comfy and staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Loved the fire show. Pools were lovely and lovely right on the beach.

We had a sea facing room. Lovely and spacious. Bath on the balcony. Clean room. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Pools were good and catered for families and there was an adults only pool and bar. Beach was clean. Plenty of activities. Food and drink were great quality. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel even had a barrista at breakfast ☕
