"There is no shuttle from the airport, only to the airport. I emailed twice in a week to ask where the shuttle was and received no reply, it was the taxi drivers at SCL that informed me of this, so budget an extra 10-20,000CLP for this. Otherwise, the hotel was great, clean and comfortable. The restaurant served the most delicious veggie burger! "

"This hotel is in a great area for exploring Santiago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had booked an internal facing room and ascwell as limited light here was a bit of noise in the evening from events on the roof terrace. Other than that the room was quiet. It was good to have an outdoor space available for drinks but it would have been nicecto be able to order drinks during the day. Breakfast was ok"

"Unfortunately we had a room on the highway side of the building, it was so noisy that neither of us got any sleep and we had a 1:30am rise to catch a plane, so unfortunately that is why we give it a three out of five. We already had another night booked for later in our trip and thankfully we managed to get a room on the quieter side of the building and had a good nights rest on that occasion."
