"We liked it"

"Hello. Today, Wednesday, February 4th, I called the hotel to claim a jacket I left in the room's linen closet. The young man who answered my call at 11:35 am hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. I have no answers or attention"

"Biggest issue was the fact that I had requested a non-smoking room for my family with small kids but seemed like the room and the entire floor was for smokers. I had to keep the window in my room open at all times (when it was freezing outside) to make it easier to breathe. On the plus side, excellent breakfast. Staff was helpful in allowing me store my luggage in storage at the hotel a few hours before check-in."

"It used to be very clean, not anymore. Missing items in the bathroom. "

"Huge and comfortable space, surprisingly included Netflix on the TV so I could have a good rest time. Thank you!"

"Nice and quiet. Very pleasant. Reception was very helpful"

"Once you arrive at the property you have to contact someone from the office because during the day nobody is there. During the night it is much better. Parking is limited."
