"The property was very nice and well maintained. It looks like a new property, with a lot of construction in the surrounding area, but there was no noise or issues caused by this construction at all. The Future Park Complex is very close, and the hotel has a shuttle which was very convenient.
The staff were excellent and helped with anything we needed."
"The river view in my room was fantastic. Love the reading corner within the room, I could just sit there for hours watching the boats sail past. Service staff were very friendly. Although the hotel doesn't have concierge service, the lobby staff helped to arrange for a guide and driver for me. However, they told me there's turn down service, but it only happened for one night (I stayed for three). While it is a minor issue for me, such thing shouldn't happen for the price they are charging. "
"This place is in a great location, near the train station and motorboat port, with easy access to local services like tuktuks. It's also very helpful for discovering travel destinations. The common area is really nice and located close to the Pasak River. The room is very clean, and the entire place has a charming feel, built with traditional Thai-style wood. I also love their cat."
"Our room was at 17th floor and the view was excellent from there. There were no buildings higher than the hotel, so we could see the whole city and horizon. We also loved the big sofa by the window. It was really comfy."
