Modernity and Comfort in the Heart of Talavera Strategically located on the iconic Pío XII Avenue, this 45 m² centrally located apartment has been completely renovated to offer you a luxury stay in Talavera de la Reina. The accommodation, situated on the 3rd floor without an elevator (not recommended for people with reduced mobility), is ideal for couples or families, with a maximum capacity for 3 guests and a baby. The apartment stands out for its careful soundproofing and modern design, divided into two main areas: 1. Living Area (Living Room-Dining-Kitchen). A spacious, open-concept, and very bright environment. This space features:
A fully equipped kitchen. A dining area with a table seating up to 4 people. A very comfortable living room equipped with a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Large windows overlooking an interior garden, which isolate the room from the noise of the main avenue and guarantee total peace and quiet.
2. Rest Area. An intimate space, perfectly isolated and designed for recharging your energy. It includes:
1 master bedroom equipped with an extra-large double bed (King Size) and its own workspace. 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower and forced ventilation, conveniently located between the dining room and the bedroom.

Air conditioning with heat pump in all rooms via Split system and free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. Kitchen equipment: Dual-temperature refrigerator, microwave oven, induction hob, Nespresso and Italian coffee makers, toaster, kettle, and full kitchenware. Washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board available. First aid kit provided. We provide full bed linen, bath towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, basic cleaning products, and breakfast essentials such as coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, and croissants. Cleaning service: For stays longer than 7 nights, a free intermediate refresh cleaning is offered, including a change of sheets and towels. Extra bed: This service is not included in the base rate and has an additional cost of €20 per night. It can be requested for a third guest or for a second guest who prefers to sleep in separate beds. Crib and high chair available upon request (at no extra cost). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.

Unbeatable location on Pío XII Avenue, a vibrant area surrounded by shops and restaurants. Just a few steps from the main points of interest: the Old Town, the Prado Gardens, the new city center, and the bus station.
Parking
Pío XII Avenue and the immediate area feature free on-street parking (marked with white lines), although it can be difficult to find a spot during business hours. The side and back streets are a regulated "Blue Zone" (pay-and-display parking). While it is affordable, parking is limited to 2 hours during office hours. However, it is free from 8:00 PM until 8:00 AM the following morning. Alternatively, there are several public paid parking lots nearby. The closest is the Pío XII underground parking (300 meters away on the same avenue), where you can pre-book a daily rate online. Another convenient option is the Prado parking, located about 700 meters from the apartment.
