A LOT of work is needed to get to that point especially in terms of bathrooms (there was mold in bathrooms, floors uneven, shower area was horrible) and cleanliness. Limited amenities. Location was remote, no networks there, but surrounded by green pleasant surroundings, rooms were not prepared well for stay as it is newly constructed.
