"The location was central to IT City and Ayala Park. The communication with the host was excellent and the check-in process could not be smoother or more accommodating to our schedule. Any minor issues were immediately handled on site. Loved the infinity pool! "

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...
