About this property
Talkeetna Tiny House Cabin Dragonfly Fire-pit/ski/bike/multi-use trails
Talkeetna Tiny House Cabin 'Dragonfly': new winter 2023. Dragonfly is a unique tiny house addition to our cozy property nestled in the natural Fish Lake Subdivision just 5 miles from downtown Talkeetna. Drive into your peaceful modern getaway located right next to the Fish Lake Multi-Use Trailhead, accessible both winter and summer. We have designed our three tiny cabins to enjoy the best of Alaska, from a walk/ski to the lake/trail system, bike on the paved path, or enjoy unique downtown. **Please note, this is a small space, a “tiny home” bathroom areas are small and living area is small. Best suited to a couple or a couple with a small child. Dragonfly Cabin is a modern design tiny home that is on a 10 x 20 foundation and was built in 2023. It is decorated with comfort and quality in mind and adorned with Alaskan art. It has a queen bed and a chair that converts to a single floor futon (37"x80"). Although the space is small, you will not lack for amenities that make you feel spoiled in the natural wooded surroundings. This space is best suited for a couple or couple and one child. We have excellent WiFi, a 43” Roku TV where you can log into your own accounts and watch your favorite shows, a shower room with a wall mounted hairdryer, a separate room with a toilet and mini sink, electric wall mounted fireplace, electric heat, in-counter dishwasher, two burner counter top stove, microwave, dorm size refrigerator, coffee pot, and fully stocked kitchen. We supply hotel quality linens and bedding. Although this cabin is new, we are not new to the business and have hundreds of 5 star reviews on our original cabin that we call Denali. Denali Cabin sits on the back of the property, and has a separate driveway, Aspen Cabin, Dragonfly’s twin shares a driveway with Dragonfly and has the same design. You will also be able to enjoy an outdoor 21” pan fire stove fire-pit and 4 chairs as well as enough firewood to get you started. There are a total of three cabins on 1.7 acres. You are provided with one parking space next to the cabin. You can use on street parking if needed. Guest access You will have the entire cabin, small deck with bench, and fire-pit area to yourself. We will provide you with a door code and instructions before check-in. Traveling with family and friends and like to be close but still need your space? Please feel free to book our other cabins, Talkeetna Tiny House Cabin Aspen and Talkeetna Tiny House Cabin Denali. One non-aggressive dog welcome on approval with pet fee and agreement to let policy.
