Great place to stay with a fantastic spa and locat
Love it here, 3rd stay, usually each for 1-2 weeks. This year there were a few issues, door not locking, having to pay for pool slippers, it feels as though cost management has taken away some of the nice softer edges. Still a great spa and pool.

Highly enjoyable, definitely recommend
Loved it, great location close to old town but also close to modern shopping too. Easy to get to from the airport. The spa facilities were fantastic too, enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna every day. My one complaint was no moisturiser in the rooms as my skin got dry from so much time in the water!

Fabulous hotel, great value with wonderful facilities. Beautiful breakfast. Location couldn’t be better with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. About 700m from both the magnificent Old Town & the Ferry Port. No need to look elsewhere- The Metropole Spa is perfect.

Loved staff was very friendly and attentive. Beatiful spa facility with 4 different sauna options and a nice size pool. Spa services that i had was body treatment and facial and it was very good!

Clean, bright and modern hotel in a nice district of Tallinn. Very handy for the tram/bus stops for the airport, and only 10-15min walk to the old town. Very peaceful rooms as area outside of room is all pedestrianised. Brilliant leisure facilities, the steam/saunas were ideal after a day of exploring the city. Very good breakfast on offer: great range.

Great location and amenities
Metrolpol Spa Hotel offered an amazing stay. As a first-timer in Tallinn, I found it to be in the perfect location. Close to modern shops & cafes, and just steps to the old town and all of the history that Tallinn has to offer. Wifi was reliable, which was great for conducting business from the hotel. The amenities were great, minibar prices were on par with convenience stores nearby, so no need to step out if you want to grab a quick drink. The highlight was definitely the spa/pool facilities with 4 different sauna options, several hot tubs, a nice pool, and bar inside. Very relaxing! I would definitely stay at Metropol again!

Excellent location between ferry harbor and Old Town (both easy walking distance). Nice safe block with shopping, restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and functional, furniture in good condition (stayed in "comfort" room). There is a spa (small pool, two jacuzzies, three different sauna) on the second floor, included in price (massage extra charge). For the spa, bathrobe is in room, but you must buy slippers from reception (EUR2 a pair) which is kinda ridiculous, but no big deal. Reception staff are helpful but somewhat overworked (only one or two personnel dealing with many guests checking in/out). You can leave your baggage at reception before check in or after check out.

Nice breakfast, great location
We had reserved and been confirmed a room with two separate beds, but none were available when checking in. There were several stains on the table in the room, it had clearly not been cleaned before we arrived. Breakfast was great, though, and location is excellent. The spa area was also nice with four different saunas.

Our room was in the second floor and it was quite noisy, because of the bar downstairs. You could not sleep without earplugs. This floor is not for people that needs to get good sleep. The breakfast-room furnitures are quite big and heavy and not practical for this king of space. And the sofas are not good for eating.

This is a very nice hotel and the location is excellent. It is a little difficult to reach, but is still near multiple shops, restaurants and Old Town. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
