Very uncomfortable bed, the mattress has a hump in the middle so you roll off No washing machine and dryer as advertised Smooth check in despite elongated and confusing explanations No iron Luke warm shower water Blocked shower meaning the water lingers Above an Indian restaurant so music plays 10am to 11am. The photos of this property showed floor to ceiling windows and white billowy curtains. In truth, room 11 is a tomb in the attic up five flights of stairs. The only windows were two skylights and only one of them opened (slightly) for ANY air flow. The room was hot and stuffy. Two floor fans were provided, but it just pushed the stuffy air around. Three narrow steps take you to the living room and bedroom and they are dangerous for anyone with a size 7 mens US shoe or larger. No handrails— not safe for kids! The towels provided are super thin and small and the bathtub was super slippery and had no safety rail or mat. The location is great, getting in was easy, but the way the photos showed the best rooms and then we were given such a terrible room feels dishonest and shady. If you book this, ask for a room on floor 1 or 2. Do not accept room 11 or 12. And know that if they say you are on the third or fourth floor, you will be walking up 4-5 flights of stairs.

Great place to stay right in the Old Town! Easy check in and out, and the location is amazing. Short walking distance to everything and the studio had everything we needed. Just give the shower some time to heat up! We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again :)

Spacious apartment with big beds and a well equipped toilet and kitchen, right in the old town opposite St Nicholas Church and with the Christmas market about a 5 min walk away. Many great food options around. Perfectly located property and very comfortable!

Nicely located in old town...all you'll need is an easy walk. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Contactless check-in/out. Be ready to climb stairs!

Quite clean, sufficiently equipped kitchen for my needs (just cold food). Some smell of smoke from a wood-fired oven (?) somewhere in the building, and also smell from perfumed cleaning agents - the latter smell has stuck to almost all clothes afterwards. Noise from other tenants in the stairway came through quite clear during the night.

Stay on old town

Booked 2 nights. The responsiveness of the team was poor. I had a small 1 bedroom. The shower did not drain properly and the pillows in the bed were so stiff I did not stay a 2nd night because I woke up with a sore neck. The location is convenient because it’s in the center.

A slightly disappointing studio apartment. Very dated kitchen and cheap furniture, wallpaper cracked and peeling. Although modern and clean bathroom. Hot and cold water took ages to come through to the correct temperatures. WiFi instructions on the wall out of date. Soft bed and no extra pillows supplied- only two very flat old lumpy ones on the bed. Flimsy curtains that let the light in. Dark laminated old flooring, no rug. Needs a huge update as the Helsinki apartment so much nicer for similar prices. A cleaner ? unlocked our door and came in the room at 9am without notice surprising both her and us! Location excellent though but find a nicer place to stay.

A really central location, yet not too noisy as it was not on the main street. It was big and spacious, but its on the fifth floor by stairs only, key pick up from another location 2 mins away. While there was no reception, they have lockers for 2 euro each.

Great appartment

Great roof-top appartment in perfect old town location. Nice and clean. Big comfortable beds. Backpackers will find a washing machine in the bathroom. Online check-in app a bit buggy, but worked in the end. There were no luggage storage when we checked out, but the cleaning lady made a call and we could use facilities in a nearby building. Very service minded. We really liked it here!

Great location just a couple of issues. First the bedroom did not have a window. It felt very enclosed. Sencondly, the apartment is located above an Indian food restaurant. The odor of the kitchen into the apartment was overwhelming. We opened the window in the tv room and turned on the fan, but it was not sufficient to help the smell of curry. I lost my apetite for the couple of days we spent in Tallin because of it. I would not stay there again for this one reason alone.

自分の確認不足でもありますが、エレベーターがなく、スーツケースを持って階段を昇り降りするのに苦労しました。 また、トイレットペーパーはリクエストが可能だったのでしょうか？2名で3泊、2ロールでは足りず、自分でスーパーで買いました。 洗濯機を使用したくて選んだ為、そこは良かったのと、観光しやすい立地でとても良かったです。
