Our stay at Tallinn City Apartments was flawless start to finish. Good communication from the host, easy check in process, luggage storage lockers available onsite for €2, clean and well appointed apartment, and a very good location! Would not hesitate to stay again if I return to Tallinn.

A spacious apartment in old town which was close to Balti Jaam and everything. Nice filter coffee machine, washer/dryer and modern kitchen appliances. There was a breakfast bar with comfortable seating as well as a dining table with chairs. Whilst most of the apartment was comfortable, the bathroom was terrible. It was spartan and had such poor water pressure it was impossible for anyone with long hair to wash it. We hated using the bathroom. Another negative was that there was only one heater that worked. There was a fireplace but you were not allowed to use it and you weren't allowed to wear shoes in the apartment. As I did not have any slippers, I had to go barefoot or wear my bedsocks which I did not like. Fortunately we didn't have any really cold weather. There was a tv but it kept rebooting itself frequently. It made movie watching frustrating and pretty mhch impossible. I think the TV is faulty and needs to be replaced. Most of the lights in the steep stairwell were not working which made going up and down hazardous especially since we were on the 4th floor.

Great apartment in Old Town

Fantastic apartment - really comfortable and spacious, right in the Town Hall Square. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The sauna in the bathroom was an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Place was really clean and closer to restaurant, old town and grocery store. It was really convenient. Only thing to look carefully while booking through Tallin apartments is to check the actual rooms being booked. Initial search results can be misleading.

This is a amazing apartment and in the most central location, literally couldn’t get any closer to the medieval centre. Amenities within the apartment was great and the added bonus of teabags and sugar was much appreciated. The only thing I would say is the check in/out process of getting the keys is a little tricky as it’s not at the actual apartment, but instructions are fairly straight forward.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - it was large, comfortable, centrally located in the old town and very well equipped (among other things, they supplied us with coffee and tea, and laundry detergent and had extra of everything in the unit). Excellent communication via text and whats app. The key pick up was through a drop box which was a bit complicated to navigate with jet lag - but we figured it out in the end :-) the only thing I’d note was that the unit we stayed in was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator - not an issue for us, but could be for some (traveling with small kids or mobility issues), in which case I would have chosen one of their lower level units. All in all we had a fantastic stay. It was a short walking distance from all the old town sites. Restaurants and grocery stores (and the tourist office) are all very close!

This was a great apartment in a very central location. The checkin was really smooth and easy. The apartment looked good and was very clean. I can recomend this to anyone traveling to Tallinn.

The apartment was at a completely different location than what was listed on the reservation/booking, and we chose the apartment based in large part on the location. The day before we arrived, we were emailed instructions telling us to go to a hotel to pick up the key and the email included a picture of a steep, long staircase we would have to use and informing us there was no elevator. When we arrived, it turned out to be not one, but two very long, steep staircases that were impossible to climb with larger suitcases. I felt like they purposely did not include this information in the description because very few people would ever book the apartment. It was ridiculous.

Good location, OK apartment

The apartment was not located where it was shown on the web site. The location was nice, but it would have been very frustrating if we had gone to the wrong end of town. The apartment was nice but a few things wrong in the bathroom, the glass shower door felt like it was going to fall off the track.
