Place was really clean and closer to restaurant, old town and grocery store. It was really convenient. Only thing to look carefully while booking through Tallin apartments is to check the actual rooms being booked. Initial search results can be misleading.

Great apartment in Old Town

Fantastic apartment - really comfortable and spacious, right in the Town Hall Square. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The sauna in the bathroom was an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a amazing apartment and in the most central location, literally couldn’t get any closer to the medieval centre. Amenities within the apartment was great and the added bonus of teabags and sugar was much appreciated. The only thing I would say is the check in/out process of getting the keys is a little tricky as it’s not at the actual apartment, but instructions are fairly straight forward.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - it was large, comfortable, centrally located in the old town and very well equipped (among other things, they supplied us with coffee and tea, and laundry detergent and had extra of everything in the unit). Excellent communication via text and whats app. The key pick up was through a drop box which was a bit complicated to navigate with jet lag - but we figured it out in the end :-) the only thing I’d note was that the unit we stayed in was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator - not an issue for us, but could be for some (traveling with small kids or mobility issues), in which case I would have chosen one of their lower level units. All in all we had a fantastic stay. It was a short walking distance from all the old town sites. Restaurants and grocery stores (and the tourist office) are all very close!

Good location, OK apartment

The apartment was not located where it was shown on the web site. The location was nice, but it would have been very frustrating if we had gone to the wrong end of town. The apartment was nice but a few things wrong in the bathroom, the glass shower door felt like it was going to fall off the track.

The apartment was on the 4th floor with a narrow and spiral stairs go up. There is no lift available. The apartment has a separate entrance, which is used by other residents to store their trash bins and bikes. The instructions on how to get the key from the padlock were confusing. I had to get help from their office and a very nice girl went with me to get the key. The apartment was specious and clean with IKEA style furnitures and limited amenities.

Apartment was huge and bed comfortable, unfortunately couldn’t make heating warmer so was really quite cold, also the check in process to get the keys was just so much harder than it needed to be - I got communication through email, online chat, WhatsApp and text.

Properties were nice. Management was disastrous. Couldn't stay in apt. originally booked b/c of water leak. They moved us to 3 diff. apartments in 3 nights. NOT what you want to be doing when you have 2 1/2 days to explore the city. One person in office was void of facial expressions. Another person in office was sympathetic & apologetic. A regretable experience.

The property information is misleading. It says that the apartment is accessible for disabilities via external corridors. After booking they sent a booking confirmation that said that it was on the fourth floor with no lift. Due to making many reservations for our trip we did not view all the confirmations in detail. A few days before we were due to arrive I saw the discrepancy between the booking details on Expedia and the reservation email. I emailed to ask if the property was accessible (as originally advertised). Their replies were slow and I had to cancel the booking due to not being able to do the amount of stairs and them being unable to provide accessible accommodation. I did not get any refund, even when Expedia tried on my behalf, as they stuck strictly to their cancellation policy even though the property was falsely advertised.

Mooi apartement; onduidelijk route beschrijving

Mooi apartement, mooie locatie. De route beschrijving uit de bevestiging ging niet naar het apartement maar naar een kantoor van city apartments. Het kantoor was dicht en het was onduidelijk waar we precies heen moesten.
