"Pros: Wij hebben een verblijf van drie weken gehad in de B&B en hebben hier erg van genoten. Wij voelden ons zeer welkom en thuis bij Nadine, Gerard en Nateo. Elke ochtend ontbijt in de tuin, was een heerlijk relaxte start van de dag. We hebben veel leuke tips gekregen om te gaan doen in de omgeving en daar hebben we zeker gebruik van gemaakt. "Location not close to old town but great amenities"

"Fantastic hotel in a great location. Room was large and very comfortable. Staff was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. A main issue was that the service at the restaurant was very much sub-par, disorganized and somewhat chaotic. This was not the fault of the servers as they were doing their best to meet the demand and expectations while running around to serve multiple tables. The restaurant and bar just appeared understaffed. This made it difficult to have a relaxing lunch or dinner. Also, the gym had minimal equipment and not up to the expected standard for such a large and luxurious hotel. An outdoor pool with bar and snack-bar would have been nice too!"

"It is an excellently located hotel. It is extremely tidy and clean. In terms of what can be improved, the rooms are a bit dated in my view but bedding and size of rooms are excellent. The bar could be more atmospheric and less functional, and the gym is extremely basic (less of an issue in a place like Annecy which is a dream for fitness in general). Overall, it’s an excellent choice for Annecy."

"A beautiful property which is right on the lake. Unfortunately only stayed for 1 night. My room(superior) number 21 on the 1st floor was a good size and the bathroom is completely new and convenient. The bed was hard for me (my husband didn’t mind it)and pillows and linens not very luxurious. They gave us a beach bag with towels which we could take down to the lake. The staff were very helpful and a shout out to Medí who greeted us and brought our bags up to the room. So friendly! Note: there is no lift. Breakfast buffet was varied and we could eat outside enjoying the view. 25 euros for b’fast."

"While the surrounding area is "meh" the hotel itself is a five-star property in my book. In fact if this hotel was anywhere else it WOULD be a five star hotel. Brand new facility, amazing rooms and good breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful and very accommodating, especially Ocean during check-in. With this being an essentially brand new hotel they have some kinks to work out with the parking situation but the parking and rooms are VERY secure. Close proximity to the train station and Annecy city center is walkable from the location. If I find myself in Annecy again will definitely stay at Hotel La Chappel!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Campanile. Excellent location for the old town and the station. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast lady who was so cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was the shower head which was nothing more than a dribble. Get that fixed and it would be a 5 star review."
