Beautiful little apartment in the center of the village of Talloires, very well equipped for a short stay, including air conditioning, free parking badge, and access to an outdoor terrace with BBQ.
Perfect for exploring Annecy and its surrounding region and enjoying the many activities around Talloires. A bicycle parking space may be available, but please check availability.

The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with sophisticated appliances, an oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.
There is a single sofa bed and a 180-degree swivel TV, offering French and English channels in the living room and bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free fiber optic Wi-Fi.

The sleeping area is separated from the main room by a glass wall with blinds and features a queen-size bed and large wardrobes for plenty of storage space. The sofa converts into a single bed.

The separate bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and sink, toilet, and washing machine.

The apartment is located in the center of the village, where you'll find a small grocery store, a bakery, a newsagent, cafes, and restaurants.
On the lakefront, the Abbey of Talloires (where many weddings take place), restaurants, the beach, and the sailing club where you can rent boats, paddle, go wakeboarding, take the river shuttle to tour the lake, or go to the town of Annecy are all less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The cycle path is easily accessible and crosses the village. Accessible to all, it circles the lake through the town of Annecy.

Talloires also has a tennis club, a golf course, and a mini-golf course.

PARKING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Parking in the village of Talloires is no longer free between May and September.
The owners have kindly agreed to share their parking badge with you. You can park in all paid parking lots in Talloires, except for the few spaces located directly in front of the apartment. There, you will need to present your parking meter to benefit from free parking for up to one hour. (It is imperative to display your arrival time when parking to control the length of your stay.)
You can also park for free along the main road, above the village center.

The provided badge is not replaceable: please keep it safe and leave it on the table upon departure. Please also replace the parking meter, otherwise you will be charged €5.

Numerous shuttles (free in summer) connect Talloires to Annecy, and shuttles serve Montmin and Angon in summer.
You can also rent the eco-friendly Grand Annecy electric bikes free of charge for 30 minutes to travel between the villages and Annecy.

Maritime shuttles are also available from Talloires to Annecy.

The property is managed by Lacmontagne Properties, and its fully bilingual concierge service in Annecy is available throughout your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly during your vacation!

In summer, the best way to get around is by bike or bus: the town provides free electric bikes for 30 minutes to get from one point to another. Alternatively, you can rent bikes for the day or half-day.
The town also provides a network of free electric shuttles/buses to the villages of Angon, Menthon St. Bernard, Veyrier, Annecy, etc.
