Scary and creepy

Our room had the privacy lock broken off. We woke up to some type of flea market in the parking lot in the morning. Staff came to the window in boxers and a white t-shirt to give me my room key.

Not a Days Inn, but still nice!

This hotel is NOT a days inn, but it is still a nice hotel. it was very hard to locate becasue i had no clue the name had changed. The rooms were clean and staff was very nice the only issue is that the rooms smelled.

Name change

It isn't a Day's Inn any more, but an "Executive Inn". Judging from bits of stuff in the room, it was a Holiday Inn sometime in the past, and must have been sold to someone else recently. Overall, I'd call it "crummy" rather than "dreadful." It may be one of the 2 closest motels to Poverty Point (an archaeological site, not a description of the motel)
