Charming Villa La Talmondaise with unique panorama

This welcoming, cozy, warm and welcoming stone house can accommodate 4 people, located in a quiet area, in the historic heart of Talmont. Take advantage of its cozy mezzanine to relax, read a good book and surf the internet with WIFI access! You will benefit from an exceptional view from the house, on the Château de Richard Coeur de Lion and on the lake.
Ideal for spending an exotic vacation in Vendée. You can enjoy both the parks:
- Puy du Fou (Prize for the Best Park in the World in 2012 in Los Angeles and Best Park in Europe in 2013) at 1 h 30,
- Indian Forest (the largest adventure park in France), 20 minutes from the Marais poitevin,
and the beach, the port, the zoo, the aquarium, the golf course, the Automobile Museum, Richard the Lionheart Castle and the Thalassotherapy & SPA Center.
You can also visit the art glassworks, the Sables d'Olonne marina, the starting point of the Vendée Globe, the salt marshes, the oyster parks.
It is a very quiet area, the house is located in a dead end, close to bike paths, walking trails, bakery, post office, tobacconist, shops, outdoor games, mall.
On an enclosed plot with a garden: Living and dining room, separate kitchen, single bedroom (140x190), twin bedroom (90x190), mezzanine with extra bed, bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC. Baby equipment available free of charge: travel cot, high chair, deckchair, bath, small chair.
You will have the following equipment: flat screen TV, Internet connection with WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, senso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, garden furniture and mobile barbecue. Bike rental possible.
Very easy to access by the A87, on the Atlantic coast, in the south of Vendée, 10 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne. You can easily access the house with your vehicle and park it nearby.
I will be present to welcome you upon your arrival and give you information on the operation of the devices.
Rentals from July 6 to August 31, 2019 for the week from Saturday to Saturday only. From April 6 to July 5 and from September 1 to October 19, 2019, day rentals with a minimum of 2 nights.

Beautiful character property in lovely setting

The owner Brigitte is wonderful and very helpful. The property is clean, charming and full of lovely character features. As a character property it also stays cool through the hot Vendee days! The town is a mix of modern and character properties based around the nearby castle, Chateau Talmont. There is a lovely local lake and play area near good bars and a great pizza restaurant. It was our first visit to the area and we spent time at the Plage du Veillon and a trip to both La Rochelle (lovely but busy) and Puy de Fou (amazing and not too busy at all for peak season.) All in all a great holiday.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Aufteilung des Hauses war für uns gut passend. Im großen Schlafraum war sogar web-basierter Yoga-Kurs möglich. Die Ausstattung war gut. Im Haus war es trotz der Hitze draußen gut auszuhalten. Der Garten hätte für mein Gefühle gerne etwas größer sein können. Aber wir sind zurecht gekommen. Die Vermieterin war nett und hat sich um unser Wohlergehen bemüht.

Tout y est: l'accueil, l'originalité de la maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, Le calme, la proximité de nos sites de visites tels la maison de Clemenceau à Saint Vincent sur Jard...Le souffleur de verre à Bourgenay, la fresques en coquillages locaux des Sables d'Olonnes, Le village ostréicole de la guittière...Le golf de Bourgenay..... très bon séjour ! A charming character property I’m the centre of the village

What a wonderfully charming character property with everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. We enjoyed a lovely family stay here with my 2 toddlers and husband. The garden provided a little outside space for some fresh air and al fresco dining and the location was perfect for heading out into the village for dinner in the evening.

Ein sehr nett eingerichtetes und gemütliches Ferienhaus im Ort.

Das Haus ist sehr nett und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der oberen Etage sind die Schlafzimmer; im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Wohnzimmer, Küche, Toilette und Badezimmer sowie eine kleine Terrasse mit Kunstrasen. Wir haben dort gerne auch längere Zeit verbracht, wenn zum Beispiel das Wetter einmal nicht ganz so gut war. Es ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was man für einen mehrwöchigen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Ein besonderer Luxus war für uns die Geschirrspülmaschine. Das WLAN hat zuverlässig funkioniert. Das Haus liegt im Ort und die Anwohner sind Ortsansässige, also keine weiteren Ferienwohnungen. Pizzeria, Crêperie, Bäcker und Bistro sind alle in Kürze zu Fuß erreicht. Der Supermarkt Super-U mit riesiger Auswahl liegt in ca. 1,5 Kilometer Entfernung. Besonders hat und die Nähe zum kleinen See gefallen. Der Weg um den See herum eignet sich auch gut als Joggingstrecke (ca. 1 km pro Runde). Wir haben unseren Urlaub in La Talmondaise sehr genossen.

Brigitte, la propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement dans sa maison très cosy à la décoration soignée! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est idéalement située avec une boulangerie à quelques pas et très proche du centre. Impasse calme, Literie de qualité, Équipement très complet au niveau de la cuisine et Brigitte dispose de tout l'équipement bébé (Baignoire, Chaise haute, lit...) très pratique ! Je recommande vivement ce logement, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

agréable séjour en Vendée

La maison correspond aux descriptions faites sur le site, aucune mauvaise surprise. Le site internet de la propriétaire en bien fait, à consulter. Nous avons eu une météo exceptionnelle, donc un bel emploi du temps: plage (celle du Veillon est magnifique), balade sur la côte, les Sables d'Olonne, île de Noirmoutier, Indian forest, Puy du Fou (extraordinaire), pêche à pied, belles photos... Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Cette location est bien située pour des activités diverses.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit viel Flair

Die Ausstattung war komplett wie im Inserat angegeben, das Haus ist wunderschön mit viel Liebe bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin Mme Tabart hat uns sehr nett empfangen, alles erklärt (spricht auch Englisch) und gezeigt. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teens 13+15 Jahre) haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Der superbreite und tolle Strand (Plage du Vaillon) ist mit dem Auto nur 10 min. entfernt. Talmont ist ein nettes kleines Städchen mit allen Geschäften (Bäcker schräg gegenüber) die man so braucht. Lidl und Super U in 5 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ausflugsempfehlung: Les Sables d` Olonne (schöne Küstenstadt zum Flanieren mit Hafen) und Puy du Fou !!! siehe internet.
