La Lua Resort Ninh Binh

"Our stay at LaLua resort could not have been more perfect.The exceptional staff and a shout out to NGA and Thai who went above & beyond to be helpful.We loved our beautiful spacious room with mountain views with fabulous ensuite facilities,the room was spotless which housekeeping do a fabulous job.The whole resort is just beautiful with superb tropical gardens surrounding a beautiful refreshing pool with plenty of sun lounges & umbrellas for shade. The onsite restaurant was fantastic with plenty of choices for lunch or dinner,the buffet breakfast was fabulous. The resort has plenty of push bikes to take out to explore which we used a couple of times,the resort is in a quiet lane and not a lot in walking distances but we had a driver that the resort organised for us who were very reliable and prompt who took us wherever we needed,,we would not hesitate to recommend this resort & look forward to our next stay."

"Rooms were spacious, but the bathroom door was a sliding door and we had a hard time closing and opening the door. We stayed only for one night and Our stay was comfortable. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet place and had a good pool. Breakfast was good. Overall a great stay."

"Quite a dust in room, especially in bedroom around the tv and tv wooden doors on top not touched for long time and drawers in edges too, not a big thing, staff awesome, the receptionist, other staff with very limited English so then end up at the restaurant while on my way to swimming pool, the breakfast is very lovely concept, set up, almost all food great except the pancakes and very strange ham, not edible for European, the danish pastry and croissants were super buttery though 👍👍but in general very nice property, ah and when you try to call hotel, you are transferred to Spanish customer service with no Vietnamese knowledge, so took phone from my gf and used English instead."

"The staff made us feel welcomed. We were offered welcome drinks and fresh fruit for our family of four during registration. We enjoyed the pool, free breakfast buffet, and bike rental. The hospitality at this resort surpassed our expectations. We will be back! Thank you Tam Coc Valley Eco Resort!! Nhân viên đã khiến chúng tôi cảm thấy được chào đón nồng nhiệt. Trong quá trình làm thủ tục nhận phòng, gia đình bốn người chúng tôi được mời đồ uống chào mừng và trái cây tươi. Chúng tôi rất thích bể bơi, bữa sáng tự chọn miễn phí và dịch vụ cho thuê xe đạp. "We loved our stay at fairy mountain, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing location with mountain views all around, clean and comfy rooms and a nice pool where we enjoyed watching the mountain goats navigate the cliffs. Highly recommend!"
