Breakfast was good but maybe a change every two on the menu would nice for people longer than 3 days. I stayed a week. The staff were so nice and helpful from reception to waiters and bedroom staff. They could not make me feel more welcome.

Amazing Staff

The property is quiet peaceful, comfortable and customer friendly. I had a small issue and it is very promptly and carefully attended by Ms. Ngoc. She has not only attended it but also delighted by many ways. I can see that she is working hard to keep up the reputation of the property. Nice place and I recommend for a comfortable stay

This hotel, part of a chain in Vietnam, has a large impressive building with quite spacious rooms with good window lighting. That said, there are things to improve: poor bathroom lighting, no room safe, notepad or pen, and bathrobe that are usually standard. Staff are very nice, eager to help but their limited English proficiency limits their ability to do so. The place has a lot to offer if improvements are made. Tam Ky itself is a great out of the way town to visit.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and brunch and although the staff was prompt in serving (dinner), the food served was lukewarm. Brunch was also lukewarm.

Merci à madame Diem et une au réceptionniste que j’ai oublié de demander son nom ( elle est enceinte) pour leur accueil chaleureux , très professionnels. Merci à madame Mẫn dans la salle à manger, très gentille, efficace, souriante. Elle s’assurait que nous ne manquions rien au déjeuner pendant notre séjour. Il y avait 2 monsieur qui fumaient dans la salle à manger pendant l’heure du déjeuner, et ce pendant nos 2 déjeuners . En 2025 je trouve que c’est inacceptable de leurs part de faire cela . C’était tellement désagréable.
