"Hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Gute Matratzen. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, kaum Ablagefläche. Beim Duschen wird alles nass. Grundsätzlich schön gelegen, etwas abseits, weswegen wir es auch gebucht haben. Allerdings gab es das angegebene Restaurant nicht, sodass man darauf angewiesen ist, zum Essen gehen nochmal loslaufen zu müssen. Frühstück muss man einen Tag vorher auswählen und per App bestellen. "A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ipoh Hotel Santorini! Highlights: • The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to the young Indian lady at the reception (sorry we didn’t catch your name) — she was amazing and very accommodating. • We booked a room for 5 pax, which was a joint room with a shared bathroom. The facilities were very complete — kettle, hair dryer, towels, and more. The bed and linen were nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and my parents really enjoyed it. • There’s also a pool for guests to enjoy, and the property’s Santorini-inspired design is absolutely charming. Overall: A great place to stay in Ipoh — clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and with fantastic service. Highly recommended!"
