The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back.

Equipe da limpeza e da garagem excelentes. Recepção razoável. Café da manha limitado, primeira vez que me hospedo em um hotel que não tem suco de laranja no café da manhã. Precisei acessar um computador para realizar a transferência do meu voo, não tinha nenhum computador a disposição dos hóspedes. Está muito longe de ser um resort. Praia localizada na frente bonita.

Quarto.que ficamos e bem espaçoso, cama confortavel e grande. Equeipe de fincionarios excelentes, hotel reaente pe na areia e o cafe da manhã excelente.
Jardim do Hotel, pe na areia reaente e o pessoal do restaurante te atende nas mesas, vc pode tomar um banho.dear e voltar para mesas beliscar um tira-gosto ou ate mesmo fazer uma refeição completa, sem sair do hotel.

Custo benefício excelente. Mas o melhor , são os funcionários e atendentes. Desconheço atendimento tão gentil, amoroso , prestativo e competente. Se tiver criança, o hotel atende perfeitamente, mas se não tiver, é preciso pensar. O barulho é intenso, tem recreador mega barulhento na piscina, som e filme na recepção com som altíssimo e até as 22:00. Os quartos não são acústicos, então, realmente, com criança, não é silencioso. Mas eu voltaria. A praia também é lindíssima.

A experiência no geral foi boa, pretendemos voltar mais vezes. Destaco o atendimento dos garçons da área da piscina, eles são muitos gentis. O almoço do hotel não é saboroso, mas o café da manhã é muito bom. Senti falta de recreação para as crianças e também da falta de informação da recepção em nos avisar que haviam brinquedos disponíveis para as crianças usarem na piscina. Achei uma falha grave, tendo em vista que eu estava com meu filho pequeno e ainda perguntei sobre recreação no checkin. Só descobri que haviam brinquedos disponíveis, na hora do checkout.

Boa hospedagem, mas precisa de algumas melhorias

O café da manhã é bom. O atendimento da maioria dos funcionários é excelente. O Daniel de destaca entre todos, é notável sua cordialidade e presteza. Inclusive penso que ele deveria ser uma referência aos demais. Quanto ao quarto, tem uma boa estrutura, existe um wifi por quarto, então não tive problema algum com a Internet e usabilidades. O ponto fraco fica quando falamos de água quente do chuveiro. Todos os dias eu tive problemas, o que é frustrante, no primeiro me falaram que estavam com um problema com o aquecimento, que já estavam verificando, 2h depois, resolvido. No segundo, me falaram que é assim mesmo, pois como nosso quarto era mais distante a água não chegava lá. E de fato, era impossível tomar banho quente entre 16h e 19h, depois que entendemos isso, nos adaptamos, mas isso tem que ser alinhado desde o começo por isso foi um ponto que considero de extrema melhoria do local. A praia em frente ao hotel é excelente, não possui muitas ondas. Uma dica, é ver o nascer do sol. Simplesmente incrível. Os preços dos itens realmente são um pouco acima do padrão (principalmente se referindo a água). A piscina é muito boa, existe uma parte rasa para crianças e uma mais funda. Não possui água quente mas a temperatura fica bem agradável.
