"Very nice staff and hotel"

"I had such a great time at Casa Maya. Location was a bit of distance from the airport, but it was wort it. I had a room with ocean view and a balcony. Love the fact that it was quite and on the ocean. The only down fall, is the staff does not speak English and they are afraid to approach at the restaurant. Food wasn't so special. But the view was specular and the price was excellent. "

"Beautiful and peaceful resort. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful. Pools very clean and lots of lounge chairs around. Swim up bar nice. Rooms were clean and kept well. Nice relaxing outdoor space with hammocks, couch and table for certain rooms which I would highly recommend. Air conditioning worked well, showers had hot water. Food was ok-good. Location is great. Short walk to all restaurants and the busier area. Right on the water and close to the beach. Beach is mostly rocky so can’t swim right there in the ocean. Would come back again."

"Cute Hotel and Very Clean. Oceanfront room had an amazing view and large balcony and was super clean. The entire staff was genuinely nice and sincere, from the gardener to the maintenance staff to the reception desk. I will definitely be back and will stay there again!"

"We are so grateful for this place! The first day we had the pool all to ourselves which was just lovely. There were lots of tables and space to play and the hotel had great boardgames that we all enjoyed. The Tv, beds, showers etc were so comfortable and pleasant. We missed a mini fridge but apart from that it was a perfect oasis."

"This hotel is the nicest in El Tunco. Very clean, staff was always kind and very helpful and they have a very delicious breakfast cooked to order and food was always fresh. Highly recommend staying here if you visit El Tunco"

"First of all I didn't have additional sheet to cover, if I turned on ac I'm too cold if I turned it off I'm too hot. No one speaks English on the property. The breakfast is mediocre. There's no hot water available, no iron, no ice, no microwave. This is it! I'm not complaining just thought this would be mentioned to others who planned to visit. Great view from the room with the glass door, Netflix available, and close to the beach walking distance. Safe area"
