This 2 bed 2 bathroom condo has everything you need to have the vacation of your lives. The Peninsula condominium offers incredible amenities to all guests. The complex includes two pools ( a lap pool & resort pool) two game rooms, two gyms, underground parking, and 24 hour security.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and features a spacious dining area and living space.The kitchen has a blender, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. In the living room area you will find a comfortable L sofa and smart TV. The condo also has its own laundry room and a spacious balcony. The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony- perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! The guest bedroom accommodates 3 people; 1 twin and a bunk bed, perfect for large families or groups of friends.

Langosta is a very quiet and unique neighborhood located only a 15 -20 minute walk from downtown Tamarindo. It has a beautiful estuary which is a perfect, calm swimming area for kids! Outside the complex, you will find bike and golf cart rentals. Depending on your preferred method of travel, you can either bike, walk, or use a golf cart to get around town.

Underground parking is available.

Langosta is a very quiet and unique neighborhood located only about 15 -20 mins walk from downtown tamarindo. It has beautiful estuary which it can be the natural pool for kids or those who love the ocean, top restaurants and a small super market. Outside building you will find bike rentals and golf carts

It depends on the kind of traveler you are but you can get around by bike, walking, car or golf car. Up to you :)

Your security is extremely important for us, this is why we are taking all the right measures to make sure all our spaces are sparkling clean and are disinfected and sanitized before every check in.
We are using ozone machines to clean spaces, COVID 19 approved cleaning supplies, all our staff is wearing the right equipment during your stay in case you get cleaning services, steam machines for all spaces and we are not allowing check ins and check outs same day.
For check in please make sure you wear a mask. We will provide a super nice PURAVIDA reusable mask for free.

🌙 Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No loud music, parties, or gatherings—this is a residential community with neighbors who value peace and rest.
🐾 Pet Policy
We love dogs and are happy to welcome yours, but please follow these rules:
1 dog maximum per condo (unless approved in advance).
Dogs must be on a leash in all common areas.
No dogs on beds, sofas, or indoor furniture.
Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in outdoor bins.
Dogs cannot be left alone in the condo for long periods or left barking unattended.
Not allowed in the pool area for hygiene and safety reasons.
Any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
🏠 General House Guidelines
No smoking inside the condo (balcony only, with care).
Turn off A/C, lights, and fans when leaving the condo.
No glass or food in the pool areas.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Respect the condo facilities and keep common areas tidy.
If something breaks or doesn’t work, please let us know right away so we can assist.

Costa Rica values its natural resources—please use water and electricity mindfully.
Recycle whenever possible and avoid single-use plastics.
