Private Villa in a Tropical Beachfront Paradise

The house is located in a private gated community with code-locked access. It’s right across from the beach entrance, where the sunsets are fantastic. The beach is long, and the walks are incredible. Whether you head one way or the other along the beach, you can reach either Hacienda Pinilla or Playa Tamarindo. There’s also a really beautiful creek where you can go fishing. If you like surfing, there are three breaks at Langosta Beach.

The house has parking for two vehicles and direct access to the private saltwater pool through a side door, or you can enter through the front door with a digital lock. Upon entering, you’ll find a living-dining room, kitchen, half-bath, laundry room with a washing machine/dryer, and the door leading to the pool and BBQ area, where you can enjoy your favourite drink on the lounge chairs.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms—one with two twin beds and the other with a queen-size bed. The twin bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool. The queen bedroom features an L-shaped desk with two workspaces. Continuing up the stairs to the third floor is the master bedroom, which also features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. It features a work desk and a large covered terrace with a partial ocean view.

Since this is the residential area of Playa Tamarindo, there aren’t many shops. But there’s a fairly well-stocked supermarket and one of the best pizzerias just steps away from the complex. If you’re looking for more options, a 5-minute drive will take you to city centre Tamarindo, where you’ll find all kinds of shops and excellent dining options. On Thursdays and Saturdays, there are markets featuring local products and tastings for you to explore.

Finally, I can assure you that all you need to bring are your clothes and personal items; the house is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy the stay you deserve.
