"The property is beautiful and you definitely get the sounds of the ocean. Disappointing that the pool closes at 6pm as there isn't much else to do in the evening unless you leave the property. Seems like a miss as there are mostly adults here."

"Vista las Islas was a true gem! This place has an amazing vibe, staff, and view. You are truly in your own little piece of paradise. The rooms and grounds are well kept and maintained. The pictures don’t do it justice. They have an onsite restaurant, amazing included full breakfast and pool bar. Mauricio was amazing at the pool bar/restaurant for your needs. "The grounds were beautiful. Great community area (use of the kitchen too!) and pool. The owner was wonderful and very helpful. Right across from the ocean. If you go during the hottest months, be aware that the cabins have 3 mesh walls. We did not find this as a problem since there were 2 fans and quite comfortable in the evenings. Really, who spends too much time in their room on vacation anyway. That aside, the cabins are quite comfortable and have nice decks with hammocks."

"Lovely property, very unique and very beautiful. The sounding area was walkable. Roughly a 20 minute walk to Montezuma waterfall where you can swim too. 5 min walk to beach. We arrived late and the staff waited around until 8:30. Great experiences throughout."

"I stayed in one of the private rooms. It was very clean and it had everything I needed. The room was a little small, but comfortable. The hotel grounds are pretty and very clean. There is also a very nice small pool. The staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again. "
