We didn't get to stay long at the hotel but wish we could have. It is beautiful and rooms are nice. The view from the room was exceptional and breakfast was amazing. I recommend staying here.

Location is awesome, food was great. And staff was amazing. Only thing I dislike was the onboarding, we had to fill up this form which could have been done by them by taking this information from our passports, secondly check-in was 2pm but we had to wait till 4ish

Je n'ai jamais rien vue d'aussi beau comme hôtel ! grandiose et magique! L'environnement est à couper de souffle, le service extraordinaire, la nourriture également ! Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris deux nuits....une nuit c'est pas assez! Je recommande à 1000%!

Un cadre exceptionnel! L'accueil professionnel et chaleureux. Chambres spacieuses et tres confortables. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute pour un séjour un peu plus long. Merci à la directrice de cet établissement et à tout son staff.

Dès l'entrée dans l'hôtel on est sous le charme de la décoration, du professionnalisme et de la gentillesse du personnel. La grande chambre était propre et confortable avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes ! Le repas du soir et du matin : un vrai délice avec beaucoup de choix gourmands ! Et pour finir la matinée au spa avec la piscine intérieure, les soins prodigues avec justesse sont le gros bonus et notre coup de coeur du lieu ! I ❤️ Tamerza Palace

Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux. Entre la beauté du paysage et le confort de la chambre, tout était réuni pour un séjour réussi. Le staff est très accueillant et les installations, notamment les piscines intérieure et extérieure, sont top. Une parenthèse enchantée, loin de l'agitation citadine. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.
