Centric Vacation Home with Detached Guest Suite

Enjoy a delightful stay in my bright 5 bedrooms 2 bath house (counting the detached suite) for your trip to Tampa. The house is equipped with double king Beds, high speed internet, central heating and cooling, coffee maker to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy our well stocked kitchen, or relaxing in our terrace. Our house is located less than 10 min away from the nearest beach, city center, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, nightclubs and parks. A great location for you to discover what Tampa Bay has to offer.

New Year’s reunion

Propery is located on a busy Avenues , little noisy at night ..overall we enjoyed the house , very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, we had everything we needed for our family reunion , we will go back again!

The beds were comfortable and location was great for boarding at Tampa port. However, the listing is very misleading. It shows there are two rooms with two beds, however this is not the case. Because of this, the house can only sleep a max of 14, not 16 as listed. Thankfully we only had 14 in our party, however it did mess up our sleeping arrangements, including an adult having to sleep on the sleeper sofa, and therefore legs hanging off and very uncomfortable. One of the only two bathrooms barely flushed, which was a major inconvenience with 14 people. Also, something to note- there are ZERO mirrors in the house besides the bathroom. This is a major inconvenience when 14 people are trying to get ready. Would never have thought a house with 5 bedrooms and a guest house had no other mirrors.

Elegant, spacious, but cozy, great stay, and fantastic communication.

The pictures do not justify the ample space, and coziness this place has to offer. The patio offers what feels like a real getaway, and not just a "Patio". Everything about this place is asthetically pleasing, and absoluley great to have a family, friends, or co-workers gathering for any occasion. The hosts attention to our needs were met with unsurpassed speed and efficiency. Will definatley use again when in that area.
