"We have been staying in this hotel almos every time we visit my uncle in Tampico. Very clean, staff is very professional. Our last stay was on December 2025 my husband withdrew money from the ATM in their lobby before checking out, we received a call from the staff to let us know the card was left inside de machine. Very honest staff. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
