The front desk female was rude, not elevators, there was a fresh paint outside with not warning, we stained our clothes, very bad design rooms, bad beds, rundown rooms. Definitely will not make a reservation again at this hotel.

We arrived early, we were informed of a deposit required, and conditions to recieve deposit back. No destruction, water diety sheets. It made us feel like we had to sleep on the floor. No full mirror, the AC was good. The fact that we were next to the icean was the benefit. We were not allowed to bring outside drinks????

*** POSITIVO: Estupenda ubicación a pie de playa, (bueno cuenta con dos edificio uno a pie playa y otro cruzando la avenida que los separa), habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, toallas y sábanas limpias, televisión plana con servicio de cable, estupenda señal de WiFi por todo el hotel, colchón confortable, me gusto que cada cama tuviera varias almohadas, muy cómodo, aire acondicionado perfecto, piscina, restaurante con precios acorde a sus platillos, deliciosa la comida. *** NEGATIVO: Los pasillos del hotel producen mucho eco y el exceso de ruido por parte de los huéspedes y aún más por parte de los empleados es demasiado molesto, hasta parece que están gritando dentro nuestra habitación. El hotel no ofrece el servicio de desayuno por lo que hay que pagar el mismo de forma independiente. El estacionamiento es solo para 10 vehículos por lo que si sales del mismo puede que cuando regreses alguien ya ocupo el lugar y tendrás que dejar el vehículo sobre la calle. *** VARIOS: Todo el personal, (camaristas, vigilantes, recepción, meseros, fueron muy atentos y muy amables con nosotros y con mucha actitud de servicio.
