Room was very clean and looked great. Pool area was awesome. There are nice walking trails around the property. One of the trails had hundreds of butterflies flying around it. Staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Guam. We had a rental car and the parking lot is very convenient - very close to the lobby.

NIKKO HOTEL has great customer service, the room rate was very reasonable for the amenities in the premiere rate. The room did not smell of mold. The staff was very polite and and welcoming breakfast was vegetarian friendly and delicious. Oceanside is beautiful

The whole hotel is awesome. We had a premier room. The room was really big. The view from the balcony was a dream. The beach and the water very clean. The pool was great as well. The staff always very friendly. Lots of options at the breakfastbuffet. We would choose the Nikko hotel again

My review unfortunately comes from arriving right after the island being hit with 2 super typhoons so it may not be fair. It was mid July so it was muggy, checkin desk was indoor outdoor setting so it was hot and muggy. Rooms smelled musty, carpeting was worn out but then of course the view was incredible! Wasn’t impressed with the buffet with the price. It is walkable to the beautiful beaches Gun beach. You can walk to the main Tumon area for eating and shopping but it’s still a bit of a walk.
