Everything was excellent. The customer service was also thoroughly trained. It was a new hotel, so it was very clean compared to other hotels. The in-room facilities were also very luxurious and perfect. The staff's customer service was excellent, and I had a very meaningful time. The food was all well seasoned. It's a hotel I'd like to visit again.

スタッフの対応がきめ細かで素晴らしく良く5だとすると 掃除は若干物足りなかったので3～4程度。 ビーチが無いのが寂しいとことではあるが、高台にあるだけあって見晴らしは最高 特に23階だったので・・・ 少し高くなっても高層階のクラブルーム以上がおススメです。 ビュッフェも和洋中韓と質の高い料理が数多く味わえます。 街に出るには坂道の往復が待ってますが、食べ過ぎた後の有酸素運動と考えれば特に気にならない程度です。 ラグジュアリーに質を求めるのであれば断然ツバキタワーを推します。

静かで、全く上下左右の宿泊客の生活音や、話し声も聞こえず、清潔で快適なホテルでした。思ったよりも、日本人スタッフは少なく、英語が多少は話せた方が良さそうです。 部屋のシャンプーやボディソープは盗難防止の為か、ポンプが押しづらく、子連れにはやや使いにくかったです。 食事の際には、ラウンジにも、プラスチックのお皿や、フォークやスプーン、子供用のチェアもあり、子連れにありがたいサービスが多かったです。紙ナプキンは無かったので、手口拭きやエプロンなどの準備は必要です。 チェックインの際に、子供に亀ちゃんのお風呂やプールで使える玩具を頂きました。子供は大喜びでした。毎日お風呂にいれて遊んでいました。 バスボールも、子供が楽しそうに選んで、毎日お風呂に入れて喜んでいました。 プールも美しく、快適でしたが、子供は日航ホテルのプールが気に入り、主にそちらを利用させていただきました。日航ホテルのプールからはビーチへもアクセス可能で、楽しめました。 ホテルで、基本的に全てが完結するので、お土産を買いに出掛ける以外は、ホテルでずっと過ごせて、子連れには最高でした。 噴水ショーも、1回目は、子供が起きている時間にやってくれるので、子供も楽しめて良かったです。バルコニーよりは、プールサイドの方が迫力があり、良かったです。 また、是非とも訪れたいです。
