"The family here has incredible English. Bóng is an English teacher and everyone is proficient in communication. They have a great facility, in a great neighborhood, quiet surroundings, affordable pricing, clean and safe. This has been a genuine highlight for my Hoi A trip. "

"This property has a misleading description. It lusts a bar, breakfast available, and a restaurant. It has none of these. You also have to remove your shoes outside and learve them there. I didn't like this as they could be stolen or have something crawl in them. Also, we booked 2 private rooms with one bed. We got 2 rooms with 2 beds in each and werd told that we couldn't touch the other bed as we only paid for one bed. So, we didn't get what we paid for. And at the end of your stay, they count...

"Good location in between the beach and the old town. Free bike rental, though the conditions of these bikes are so so, they get you from point a to b. The bed is good, I love the lighting design of the room, though the switch system with the 3 colors mode is terrible when you turn it on at night and it’s bright white. The water pressure is terrible and we could barely shower. Nice kitchen and accessible drinking water."
