"Five star hotel won’t let us have access to videos tv , that’s what I didn’t like , also i never booked any room in any hotel for 2 or for 1 person. A wife is automatically will be included , my wife couldn’t get the breakfast , I never had this kind of experience any where I travel before , you should not consider and charge a husband and a wife as 2 , what will happen if we have a kid. You gone charge him too. That’s not acceptable. International hotels has the same rules , you can’t charge a couple as 2 . That’s my opinion and my experience in travelling abroad."

"My family of four stayed for 10 days. Granted we were all adults. Our room was a little run down but they were amazing with accommodating us with a change in circumstances from one bed to two beds in the same room. There was quite a bit of noise on the ground floor rooms with ours sounding like someone was constantly running a shower or a hot water tank boiling from early hours in the morning, however, the walls are paper thin. The rooftop pool was fantastic and a real bonus especially with the view as well as towels provided. The hotel is close enough as in walking distance to get to eating establishments and markets. I didn’t try the breakfast but it’s great that they offered it. A great space out the front of the hotel if you are a smoker or just want to chill out the front to see what’s going on and it is cleaned frequently. Overall, a great place to stay and we enjoyed it."

"The price and location are great as it is close enough for great eats yet far enough for a change of pace from District 1. The property manager waa very responsive to any concerns. The room is clean, cozy, and a good spot to recharge."

"room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was at central of most activities. Manager was nice since I cut my trip short by one day and she was OK to reduce the total charge one day. In shorts, no regret to spend my trip at the hotel."

"Fantastic ! The location of this hotel is 100% worth it. 1 min walk from Ben Thanh Market , across from Siagon Square - it was awesome. Staff are amazing ! Daniel makes excellent drinks at the front cart ❤️and so does Bao ? (Sorry I cant remember his name) the pool is awesome ! Love it must stay here if in Ho Chi Minh City"
