We arrived about 45 minutes ahead of check in time after driving straight from Kansai Airport. The parking lot had about 10 cars in it and the lobby was deserted. I was surprised we were not permitted to check in early and had to wait for the official check in time. Understandable if hotel was busy but it seemed very odd to make us wait. Otherwise, place was generally ok.

運営会社が変わってかなり割り切った運営になっているが、オールインクルーシブや、みんなが使用する共用部分はリニューアルがちゃんとされていて、居心地は良かった。 小学生以下無料プランが開催されていたので比較的小さな子供連れの家族が多く、わちゃわちゃしていたので、ゆっくり大人のリゾートを楽しみたい方は時期をずらした方がいいかもしれません。

４世代８名で３部屋の連泊でしたが事前に２回も電話で部屋の確認をしておいたのに部屋は同じ階ではありましたが建物の端と端に分かれ高齢者には食事やお風呂に行くのは大変な苦労でした。部屋交換をお願いしようかなと思いましたが、チェックイン応対の時間なので諦めました。予約した私が責任を感じて沈んでいたけれど皆が慰めてくれました。部屋割の一件以外は子供達が食事やプールや温泉をとても楽しんでいました。スタッフの皆さんの工夫と努力に感謝しております。

お盆休みもあり人が多く夜遅くに大きな声が部屋の中まで聞こえていました。 コインランドリーの台数が少な過ぎです。 多忙日だけでもランドリーの台数を増やして欲しいと思いました。 脱衣所のベビーベッドに柵が無くお母さんが着替えている間、寝返りをする赤ちゃんが落ちそうになっていました。

近隣の府からの旅行者が多い印象。 施設のスタッフの対応はとても良かったが、残念な客が多い…とても残念です。 プールからビショビショのまま出てきてエレベーターホールを水浸しにしたり、ビュッフェで山のように取り食べ残すなど…同じ日本人として非常に悲しいです。
