"If I could give this property zero stars I would. Room was extremely small, not even room to open our suitcases, and had multiple maintenance issues, including the air conditioner not cooling, plugged drains, etc. When brought to the attention of the front desk staff (5:30pm) they couldn’t have cared less, and didn’t even offer to switch our room. A manager finally contacted us at 9:30pm wanting to switch our room or have maintenance look at the air conditioner, we opted for the latter since we had a very early flight. The manager was literally upset with us because we had the audacity to go to dinner instead of waiting for her to contact us, as if it was our fault the front desk staff didn’t inform her when we brought it to agents attention. Maintenance arrived only to tell us he couldn’t fix it because it needed to be serviced. I thought that’s what maintenance did, then why not block the room if the air conditioner can’t be fixed instead of giving it to a guest? Management wanted to upgrade us to a suite on our return booking, needless to say, I canceled that reservation, we would never stay here again or recommend it. I might ad, we were surprised at the amount of transgenders outside the hotel soliciting passerby’s, my wife and I have never experienced this before at the other hotels in the area. Having travelled the world, this hotel is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. Be warned!!! "

"Was not able to stay. Contact number is invalid and was not able to talk to the agent. No Tower number and seems like this reservation is a scheme and a scam. I was not allowed to enter since I could not contact the unit agent/owner. I got itinerary number but guards are looking for QR code to enter which was not provided to me upon reservation. So far location from airport."

"I stayed here for a total of 28 nights, enjoyed it very much! Condo unit was very clean and well kept up. Felt very secure as a solo traveler. Pool was amazing, all you have to do is pay a small fell. Wonderful facility. All of the staff were very attentive throughout the stay, such a wonderful host. Glenn was the best, helped me with anything I needed. Highly recommend! Will be back to visit again soon, and will stay here again. "
