Wonderful visit the room is awesome staff was super attentive, they even held our bags after check out so that we could go kill some time vefore our flight left. The only issue was the night club or whatever it was next door that stayed with thw music till 1am but that was honestly only like 2 of the 5 days. The fact that everything else was amazing and the fact that its only a 20 minute walk from old San Juan or at least 2 beaches made everthing worth it would absolutely recommend

This place was great close to everything not far close to the beach 9 min, La placita 16 min walking there’s a super market across the street they have everything you need. The staff from here is very friendly, very clean and and always will to help you. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10.

Everything was amazing except the part that there is way to many fees being charged and on top of that have to pay everyday to park in a luxury hotel like Fairmont even if you are staying at the property. I understand them charging people that are just visiting but not people who are staying at the hotel.

I loved the whole planning process from day one. OLV'S communication via text and phone was extremely professional. Upon arrival to valet service top of the line and friendly. Inside was greated by two very sweet and professional ladies working the front desk, was taken to my room and was shown how to work everything. The room was amazing aka mouth dropping top of the line, robes, various drinks incl. water, a safe for valuables etc too much to mention all plus concierge and room service. Wow. Thanks You Staff.
