Décevant pour le prix payé pour un hôtel au Burundi. Certes le cadre est idyllique. Hôtel au bord du lac Tanganyika (même si les plages sont très restreintes à cause de la montée des eaux). Nous avons dû changer de chambre à notre arrivée car les toilettes étaient en mauvais état. On nous a alors proposé de nous surclasser mais à nos frais. Nous avons refusé. La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle durant une grande partie de notre séjour (problème de pompe et de filtration). Les plats au restaurant sont bons et les prix sont raisonnables. Néanmoins, la plupart des plats choisis n'étaient pas disponibles et l'attente est particulièrement longue (40 min pour prendre notre commande et 1h50 d'attente pour deux pizzas commandées). Concernant, le petit-déjeuner, il est préférable d'y aller tôt pour avoir du choix. A 9h, il n'y avait déjà plus grand chose... Les plats avaient été vidés par un groupe assez nombreux et n'ont pas été réapprovisionnés. En comparaison avec d'autres hôtels au Burundi, nous avons été déçus de la qualité des prestations proposées au vue des prix (exorbitants pour le pays) appliqués pour une chambre.
