"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "Arrivés le jour de notre réservation comme prévu et à notre grande surprise nous apprenons que notre réservation avait été annulée !! Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . "Nous avions réservé un appartement au bâtiment F et finalement nous avons eu l'appartement dans le E bref arrivé a 18h et logement était ba peine prêt ménage pas terminé. Nous étions 6personnes et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes pratique et ne parlons pas des couverts 2fourchettes 1 couteau et 2Cuilleres. Une honte on réserve pour 6 et ce n'est même pas équipé nous avons été obligé de prendre les couvertures qu'il y avait dans notre voiture car pas assez pour tout le monde bref je ben recommande...
