This was my second time here at the hotel and as always the staff were helpful and veryy welcoming. The most comfortable stay. The hotel it self was clean and our rooms were cleaning sooo nicely and we had a nice surprise every time with the cleaner doing something decorative with the curtains or bed. I would definitely come back again and again to this property. All the staff at reception were always smiling happy and welcoming especially Achraf.

Staff were too much. Every single person super helpful and polite. Hotel was excellent value and lived up to the Hilton brand. Small gripes were some light switches / bathroom draining and no complimentary coffeee in room.

The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent. Very servicial. They did us an early check-in. We used the Moroccan Restaurant the food was excellent with great service. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. One major detail when we went up to our room, the toilet was dirty reason I put in a 4. The installation we pretty well maintained, not a new feeling but well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Tangier City Center. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the facilities are outstanding. A special thank you to Imad/Mohamed at the front desk for the warm welcome and professional service. We would also like to thank Zakaria in the restaurant for his friendly, attentive, and excellent service throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back

Front desk staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was mostly clean, but sofa in the main bedroom had stains and was ripped. There was also this weird smell in the room all the time. The food that we ordered in in-room dining was pretty bad. Location is great, across the street from the main train station and within walking distance to the beach.
